Club News
Tour Update.
Sensible decisions are being made by your tour committee.
A meeting was held at 8:00 pm in the Jug and Bottle, Heswall.
Present: Ian Fielding, Al Roberts, Pete French, Bono, Dave Harrison - apologies from Pat Parkinson.
Minutes of the meeting will no doubt follow.
In brief:
Travel: Boat Birkenhead-Dublin. Out 22:00 hrs Thursday 28th October, return leave at 10:00 hrs Sunday 31st October. Roughly 7 1/2 travel time.
Hotel: Berkeley Hotel - 4* - 5 minutes from Lansdowne.
Cost: £160-170 to include tour shirt.
What needs to be added is that although this started as a 4th team initiative it is a club tour. It might carry the logo Dreamers in Dublin or the like but all club members are welcome - as are some selected individuals from elsewhere. Wags too.
Note. People are quite welcome to make their own travel arrangements if they need or prefer to: fly, come later, stay longer or whatever.
