Newcastle Ravens Annual Gay Rugby Tournament

The 2013 Hadrian Cup will take place over the weekend of March 15th to the 17th. Social venues to be confirmed with the tournament to take place at Newcastles home ground - Novos - as usual.

Outline schedule:

Friday 15th, 1900 to 2300 - Registration and Welcome Drinks
Saturday 16th, 1000 to 1500 - Hadrian Cup Tournament
Saturday 16th, 1930 til late - Meeting up on the scene, with night out afterwards
Sunday 17th, 1200 til 1400 - Kangaroo Court
Sunday 17th, 1930 til 2300 - Closing Dinner (TBC)

Please can everyone confirm to the me ASAP whether they can attend the tournament, their preferred mode of transport and date of travel. We can then try to co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
