At last Saturday's pre-game lunch, Tom Hazelden was presented with the Clubman of the Year award by Club President Derek Olsen , in recognition of his outstanding services to the Mini/Youth section of the club. He is currently manager/coach of the U16 squad and has done sterling work as a volunteer for many years with all age groups. He has been instrumental in organising the Camberley Mini Festivals, 3 of which are now held every season. The most recent one had some 900 children attending. His indefatigable enthusiasm and work with both his fellow volunteers and the children he mentors has been inspirational. We are deeply indebted to Tom and the large group of Mini/Youth volunteers for their time and commitment to promoting rugby at the club.
