One of the Royal Navy's newest recruits Camborne's Sam Matavesi is set to make his Babcock Trophy debut against the Army at Twickenham this weekend. The Cherry & Whites back row forward made his first start for the Navy in their 28 - 47 victory over Richmond last Thursday.
Sam had already impressed selectors when coming on as a replacement in the narrow 14-16 loss to the RAF the previous week. He bagged his first try for the team against Richmond in another impressive display before being substituted late on.

Cornwall should be well represented at Twickenham this week with Ben Priddey, Ben Fox, Matt Bowden (all Redruth) and Ed Pascoe alongside Sam in the Squad.
