Promotion and relegation issues

A few issues were resolved after yesterdays matches, firstly congratulations to Chippenham who's 66-14 win over Chosen Hill means they go up as Champions. As a result of Wadebridge's 15-7 victory over Brixham, Old Reds will now go into the promotion play off's.
The Cherry & Whites confidence should be high for next season as they not only beat both the top two at home this season but also only narrowly lost to them on the road.
Town still have a chance of a 4th place finish, if we can win at Avonmouth next weekend and and prevent the home side picking up a bonus point we will go above them.
Remarkably St Ives can still avoid the drop, if they pick up maximum points at Ivybridge next week and the Camels can win at Chosen Hill then the Gloucestershire side will need a 5 point win to stay up.

It now looks like we will be joined by Penryn next season as their 22-8 victory of rivals Kingsbridge leaves them needing just 1 point against bottom of the table Newquay to be champions.

Cleve RFC from Bristol will also join the Cherry & Whites in South West 1 West next season after being relegated from National 3 South.
