The committee is in the process of commissioning an honours board for the Great Cambourne pavilion. We propose that this will include the names of all players who have scored centuries or taken 5-wicket hauls in open-age league games, as well as a list of Life Members of the club – in recognition of those people who have made significant contributions to the club’s foundation and continued success.

But for that, we need your help. Jonathan has compiled a list (attached) of hundreds and 5-fors from our play-cricket.com records, but not all of our games are recorded there – especially in the club’s early years.

Please could all of you check over the attached list and make sure any names that you know should be included are there. If they’re not, please let me know as soon as possible (ideally with as much information as possible – the year, score and match would be ideal but we may be able to check some out in the old scorebooks).

The list will also be available to view at the upcoming AGM and awards evening on Saturday 26 Jan – see you all there.
