3-1 Win Puts Vets Top Of The Table
A 3-1 away win over Burwell Veterans has put Ambassador Veterans top of the table. The win comes with the added bonus of beating Burwell who had come out on top in a 6-5 thriller 2 weeks previous.
The result moves Ambassadors to the top of the table on goal difference (specifically goals scored), but they have played a game more than Rigeons Vets who they meet on Sunday 26th February.
The last time these two met Rigeons ran out 4-2 winners, but with home advantage Ambassadors will fancy their chances on creating a gap at the top of the table.
