Are you interested in coaching or helping out running tournaments?

Every Wednesday evening we regularly have between 60 and 80 young hockey players from 6 through to 14 years old turning up to learn to play and love hockey...we have nearly 150 young players on our books in total.

This is what will produce the next generation of Nomads players for both mens and ladies teams - this year both the M3s and L2s have a number of players who have come through the current system.

But to maintain this we need your help - every Wednesday session needs at least 7 coaches to give the kids the best coaching. Regularly on Sundays, the current coaches are giving up their day to help run tournaments (often having played on Saturday).

We all love doing this (trust me, the kids are great fun) but would always welcome more support and more members coming forward to offer their help. It doesn't have to be every session or every tournament so don't be scared.

If you are interested, let me, Rick or Tim know. If you want to talk to some of the existing coaches about their experience first then have a chat with Martin, Ellie, Helen, Max, Dan, Rich Davies or Matty.
