After 2 match days it is tight at the top of the table with the taller more direct Nomads East leading the way (just!). However the slightly smaller, trickier Nomads West pulled off an excellent 4-2 win against the now league leaders, which followed a scintillating 4-4 draw between the 2 sides at the first match day at St Ives in October.
St Ives are also strong and having beaten Nomads West they went on to lose to Nomads East at Coldham’s. Wisbech (who had to pull out of the first match day due to a flu bug), brought a decent side to Coldham’s and their results did not match their ability.
Roll on the next match day on Sunday 4th February!
