Welcome to Camp Hill Chargers!

Established in 1995 Camp Hill’s women’s rugby team, known as the Chargers, have gone from strength to strength, particularly so in the last 5 years. Now challenging for Premiership honours this South Birmingham based outfit has finished top of National Championship One (North) twice in the last three years. Eager to continue their upward trend the team is always on the look out for new players to join its growing and ever improving squad, in addition, a competitive development squad also exists offering both novices and aspiring talent the opportunity to learn and challenge whilst playing rugby at a pace that suits them.

With three dedicated coaches supporting an ambitious squad as well as individual player development if you’re thinking of giving rugby a go or testing yourself against some of the best competition in the Midlands and beyond then Camps could be the place for you.

Situated less than 8 miles from Birmingham’s city centre, the club (nicely nestled residentially) is easily reached by car, rail (Shirley Station is just 0.7 miles away) and bus (3, 49, 49A and 669, stops are located outside the club’s main entrance).
