Club Captain announces details of this years event in memory of Sam, also message from Sam's Father (John) about arrangements for the Dat

In August last year, Camp Hill rugby club raised £2,125 for The Lake District Search & Mountain Rescue Association in memory of Sam Yarwood. A great day that bought Camp Hill and Sam's other clubs together to remember him and honour his memory.

On August 16th, Bournemouth RFC have invited Camp Hill to their ground to play out the second Sam Yarwood Memorial Day. The invite is not just extended to the 1st XV, it is to the whole club from the mini & juniors through to colts and up to seniors and womens.

I call on all members of Camp Hill past and present to make the effort to make it down to Bournemouth for the 16th to remember Sam and others that have donned the Camp Hill shirt but are no longer with us and also support the club.

Those who are involved with mini & juniors can you please pass the message around, same with the colts. As far as i know coaches down can be arranged and there is an option to camp on Bournemouth's vast amount of ground.
