6 Nations tickets 2019 - apply by 30.11.18

Applications for 6 Nations tickets now being accepted

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION.

As Club Secretary and Ticket Officer, I have now received information relating to tickets for the 2019 6 Nations Internationals.

Applicants must comply with the Camp Hill RCL application criteria below to be eligible to apply for tickets and checks will be made to confirm membership; applicants must
• be a Senior member of Camp Hill RFC; either a

  • Life Member
  • Vice President (VP)
  • Senior Player e.g. 18 years and upwards.
• be up to date with annual subscriptions payments for the relevant season
• been a member of Camp Hill RFC for not less than 2 weeks prior to purchase or receipt of tickets
• be attending the match for which they are applying for tickets i.e. not applying for tickets on behalf of a 3rd party
• return any tickets no longer required to the Camp Hill Ticket Officer; tickets must not be passed on to someone else
• comply with the Terms and Conditions as defined by the RFU; accessed via http://www.rfu.com/Tickets/TermsAndConditions.aspx
not
• sell, give or buy tickets to/from
  • Touts
  • Unofficial hospitality agents
  • Ticket agents
  • Auction or seat exchange websites
• post pictures of your tickets on social media sites
• sell/offer/buy tickets at above face value.

The application form for Camp Hill members to complete is attached. As you will see from the application, there are differing processes dependent on which match tickets, you wish to apply for tickets for. For the
• Home Category A+ (France and Scotland) matches the Club has an allocation of 39 tickets per match, which I have now ordered; there are no Junior tickets available for these matches
• Category B (Italy) match, there is no allocation and so these tickets will need to be ordered Junior tickets are available in 3 price categories; please be sure you want the tickets and do not over order.

Lost tickets can be replaced but the RFU charged an admin fee of £10 per ticket that needs replacing.

To apply, you will need to
• complete the application which is available to download from the Camp Hill website; ensure you sign it and include the names of all attending the match you’ve applied for
• return the form to Karen Gibbons either via the post or via email
• send
• an SAE envelope, so tickets can be posted to you, if your application is successful; with either
• a cheque for the final total amount, payable to ‘Camp Hill RCL’
• confirm on the form that the final total has been paid via internet banking;

All applications, SAEs and payments must be received by me no later than 30th NOVEMBER 2018 at the address details at the bottom of the application form. Payments will be checked for required by the deadline

Any applications will be disregarded, which
• are not completed correctly or
• has

  • the SAE missing
  • the cheques missing
  • missed the deadline for payment
