I have pleasure in advising you that the Annual General Meeting, will be held in the Clubhouse at the Ground on Monday 20th July 2015, at 8.00pm.

The meeting will include the Annual General Meeting of the Teddy Parker Club.

As the TPC no longer functions as a separate entity and as the Offices are covered by the Main Committee, we see the continuation of a separate AGM as superfluous.

Thus any business regarding the TPC will be covered in the Treasurer’s Report during the Camp Hill Rugby Club Limited AGM.

The Annual Report for 2014/2015 will be sent out with fixture cards

The business to be transacted at the Meeting, is as follows

1. To receive apologies for non attendance

2. To confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting

3. To receive and if so resolved, to adopt the Report of the Committee for the season 2014/2015

4. To receive and if so resolved, to adopt the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 30th April 2015

5. To appoint remaining new Directors and Officers of the Company and Officers of the Club, if required

6. To deal with any other matter which the Directors and Company Members may desire to bring before voting members and to receive suggestions from the voting members for consideration by the Board
