President Coaky runs Cardiff Half Marathon
Cardiff Double Blues President Ben Coak successfully ran the Cardiff Half Marathon on 17th October in a Double Blues jersey!
The starting pistol fired at 9:00 am on Sunday 17th October for the 2011 Cardiff Half Marathon.
Cardiff Double Blues President Ben Coak was one of thousands running the 13.1 miles around Wales' Capital City and he did it in true style - wearing a double blues jersey!
Official chip finishing time was an outstanding 1 hour 56 minues and 14 Seconds.
This followed another successful run in the Cardiff 10K on the 11th September, also in a double blues jersey, in a time of 51 minutes 58 Seconds.
