Our Firsts are at home, entertaining league leaders Vale of Lune. Vale have started with a bang this season, amassing 155 points in their first 3 games, so they're sure to be a handful.
Carlisle will be disappointed they didn't return home from Stockport last week with anything more than an increasing injury list. Early injures to Andy Glendinning and James Robson left the side with limited options during the match, and so there will be a few positional changes this week.

Travelling further afield are the Crusaders who play their second league match away at Silloth. The Crusaders had a fine win at home last week against Cockermouth, whom many tip to win the league this year. They'll be hoping to follow that up today down on the coast. Kick off 3pm

Finally our Colts are on the road again this week. Having gone to the North East and claimed the scalp of Percy Park last week, they'll be looking to follow that up in deepest West Cumbria at Egremont.
