Another busy day for senior mens and Colts sides today

Our Firsts are at home against Warrington in round 6 of North 1 West league matches today.
Warrington come to us on a bit of a roll, securing 15points from their last 3 matches, and will be looking to keep that form going. According to last weeks match report their defence was key to nilling Manchester. However their attack can't be bad if they also put 32 points on the board for no reply.
Carlisle meanwhile will be glad of the confidence-boosting win away at Rochdale last week. A difficult game in many ways with a pitch like a pudding causing a number of players problems with cramp late in the game, and the rain not helping either. Injuries and absentees forced a lot of positional changes, so it was good to get the bonus point away, and thanks to all those players who turned out last week. With a number of players now back available for selection, Carlisle will be looking to halt the Warrington juggernaut at Warwick road, and a close game is expected.
The match today is sponsored by the President and former players and we welcome all of them today and for their support for the club.

Warwick road will be busy today with our neighbours Carlisle United at home, so make sure you are there early to get a parking space.
Kick off is 3pm.

The Crusaders are away for the second time this season to Upper Eden, this time in the league. They'll be trying to redress the balance after losing a close game there at the start of the season.Despite last weeks loss to Furness, the Crusaders have given opposition sides a bit of a wake up, pushing club first team sides in this league close on more than one occasion so far this season. Kick off in Kirkby Stephen is 3pm.

Finally our Colts play today up at Austin Friars. With a number on senior duty last week, after their game against Alnwick was called off, they are back to Colts rugby and will be looking for a good performance in this annual fixture against Friars.

Good luck everyone.
