The Six Nations are back after a weekend off, with arguably the pivotal match of the competition to be played this Sunday.

So which of these captains is most likely to be lifting the trophy towards the end of March?
Saturday sees Scotland hoping that this man will do the business and get Scotland some points on the board to avoid the tag of yet again being the "nearly men". Kick off is at 2.30pm

Later on France take on Wales who will be hoping that George North has recovered from his concussion and found some form. Kick off 5pm

Then finally probably the most anticipated match of the Six Nations on Sunday at 3pm, as England travel to Ireland for what will be their toughest test yet.

Will Robshaw loosen O'Connell's grip on the trophy or will Sexton win the battle of the fly-halves?
Come down to the club and watch it all.
