Leading the way is the welcome return of Notts County to Stoke Lane on Tuesday 12 July to add to the Mansfield game previously announced on the beer festival weekend of 9 July.

County have been at Stoke Lane each of the last two pre-seasons and always bring a strong side as well as support in numbers so the club are very pleased they have chosen to return.

Mansfield too have been very supportive of Carlton over recent seasons with matches here and the regular loans of players and manager Wayne Scott will be hoping his team can provide good opposition for both local professional outfits.

Also making a return will be Tommy Brookbanks (and a host of recently departed Millers) as he brings his newly-promoted Coalville side to Stoke Lane on 16 August with memories of the entertaining 1-1 draw in April still fresh.

First Division North Bamber Bridge will be here on 6 August following the cancellation of the planned game against Spalding and that will be the first ever meeting between the sides.
