Carlton Town travel to Sutton Coldfield tomorrow afternoon to take on Romulus in what has been billed as the "ninth versus tenth" crucial battle.

It may therefore be no surprise to find that Carlton Town sit ninth in the First Division South with the Roms just a place behind, level on points but with an inferior goal difference (by just one goal). Neither team has any hope of promotion, and relegation is not an issue, so it should provide the opportunity for both sides to show what they can do, free of any of the anxieties that can accompany games at this time of the year.

The Millers will look to bounce back from Wednesday's defeat against Coalville, whilst Romulus's last game was a goalless draw at Rainworth.

Carlton have a good record against the Roms. The Millers lost the opening encounter at Stoke Lane in August 2010 but have won all of the six games since then, including the three at Coles Lane. The last time the sides met there, Sam MacVicar scored twice in a 2-0 win. The full record is on the archive results below.

For those planning to head to the West Midlands, directions are on the away travel tab. If you're not going, you can follow the game on @CarltonFans twitter feed.
