Friday night saw the clubs AGM with a decent turn out in the clubhouse.
Following all the reports from the Chairman,Secretary, Treasurer, Social Secretary and both outgoing skippers the election of officers were made for the forthcoming season (the new officers are on a separate news item.

Other topics covered in Any Other Business:-

1. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS - these will remain the same - £40 full playing member/£20 - Social member/Vice President/Student Playing - these are now due -,please see Josh Wilson.

2. PETROL EXPENSES - this has been set at a minimum of £3.00 per passenger - to be paid to the driver prior to departing for an away fixture.

3. PRESEASON TRAINING - This will commence on Wednesday 2nd July on the pitches at 630pm - we may also use a few saturday sessions leading up to the season.

4 CLUB TOUR - A tour will take place this season at the end of April/early May - money can be paid to John or Shane week by week - further details will follow.

5 SOCIAL COMMITTEE - There will be a social committee formed shortly - anyone can join - please contact John or Alan if you wish to join.

6 FIXTURES - The league fixtures for both teams are now all confirmed - the fixture booklets will be available as soon as possible.
