Saturday saw Carnforth claim the points we needed to claim our second successive league title - we travelled to Bolton to face their 3rd team. A commanding performance by the whole squad saw 13 tries scored in a 77 - 0 victory. Mathew Short led the way with 23 points (3 tries and 4 conversions) - Joe Harrison, Sam Tomlinson and Brad Wheatman two tries each along with a try for Dale Lowrie, Dave Hones, Jason Waterhouse and skipper Dan Blenkharn, Harrison and Donald Haddow added a conversion apiece.
The other promotion slot is between Chorley and Thornton 2nds.
