With Clitheroe 1sts deciding to join Miller Homes leagues (3 North) and their 2nds remaining in Division 5 North the forthcoming season will be the first time Carnforth dont feature Clitheroe in their fixture booklet at any level. This is a huge loss to the fixtures and the special bond created between the two clubs over the last 30 years.

We are hoping to arrange a fixture between the clubs (either a pre-season warm up/Xmas friendley/end of season bash) and i will be in touch with the Littlemoor Road team to try and organise a squad game of some sort - hopefully Clitheroe will be as willing (am sure they are)
