For the 2nd week running - Carnforth were made to work hard for a victory - this week they travelled to Blackpool - a club who took the similar route we have had to do.
A 19 man squad with support on the coach took the journey to witness a 50 - 5 victory to move up the league table. Phil Metcalfe, Kieron Morgan and Jack Edmondson all grabbed two tries, Ben Brocklebank and Mathew Short with one each - Edmondson adding 5 conversions for a personal haul of 20 points.
