Carnforth v Clitheroe - typical true bloodied game between two clubs with mutual respect - Carnforth took a 31 - 13 lead early in the second half before the visitors showed their full potential with 31 unanswered points to claim a vital victory in their quest for promotion. Carnforth fielded 3 debutants and all were superb but Clitheroe showed their class in the end - we thank them for their time in the clubhouse afterwards and hope they enjoyed their bus trip home.
