Castle Donington RUFC has been chosen as a host for the English RFU’s Inner Warrior programme, a national initiative to get more girls and ladies involved in Rugby. The ‘Inner Warrior’ Camps are designed to be a fun-packed, commitment-free way for women and girls to get outside, get muddy and experience the dynamic, exhilarating sport of rugby for the first time.

The club's ethos is to be a friendly and fun place, players play better with a smile on their face, and that is what any new faces will find when they attend our Inner Warrior session. The event is open to anyone from girls in years 3 and above looking to find a sport for them or adults looking to keep fit through the non contact touch rugby or the rugby we all know.
