Cup Win Very Possible

Merthyr have beaten Ponty twice this season. Once in the league prior to the split and yesterday in Tier 1.

RGC have beaten Ponty at Eirias in the last game before the split.

RGC have also beaten Merthyr three times this season - no mean achievement!

Once in the original league, once in Tier 1 and also last weeks thrilling win in the cup to take them into the final.

Hopefully, this should give them the confidence to sneak a win and take the Cup.

No one is doubting that this will be a tough ask. Cup finals are different types of encounters and have many twists and turns before the final whistle blows.
