Third Team in earliest ever promotion
Challow Thirds have achieved the earliest promotion in the clubs history....
Following the merger of Banbury CC and Banbury Twenty CC, our third team have been promoted to division nine of the Cherwell League - the earliest point in the season that a Challow team have ever achieved this feat.
Banbury Twenty 2nd XI have in effect been withdrawn from the league, meaning the third placed team in divisions 7-10 have been moved up a division.
Well done to all the third team, come on you other two you've got some catching up to do!

Interesting ! Div 9 be good league then! Any more news from Cherwell league ? There website is about as useful as a women on her period. Only gets updated with results apart from that they don't do anything with it
