First match and the girls were ready to go. It was against Sheffield B, the team was strong. Defense played well and had help from midfield dropping back. Unfortunately, it ended in a 1-0 loss. The team were against Sheffield A next, they were a tough team and eventual winners and played well. As the final whistle blew, the score ended as 4-0 to Sheffield A. 3rd match on, Chapeltown was against Doncaster. At one point there was continuous short corners, but the girls kept going. It was a great match which ended in a late goal and 1-0 loss. The final match was against Rotherham, some great defending and bad luck in front of goal ended in a 0-0 draw to finish it off.
