Confirmed: Gardner joins Scholars

Chasetown can confirm Matt Gardner has become the latest player to join the club.

The player seen holding up the Chasetown shirt at pre-season training this afternoon admitted on social media - "New season, new challenge".

Gardner lists Bedworth Utd, Nuneaton Griff, Gresley Rovers and Coalville amongst his former clubs.

He is the quickest player to score 50 goals in Coalville history.
