"We have had Hednesford watched twice over the last few weeks and had a game plan which meant us shuffling the formation slightly and the lads stuck to it.

"Our work rate from minute one was outstanding and their ability to manage the game in the Second half was really pleasing and we throughly deserved to win convincingly.

"It's been a frustrating second half to the season, especially after our last three performances where we have showed how good we can be.

"There seems a real togetherness over the last couple of weeks and they have shown great character after a real tough spell of results.

"I'm pleased for them and the fans who were brilliant tonight that we will have a Final to play in and a second Semi-Final next Wednesday.

"Every single one of them was outstanding tonight, defensively as a team we were solid.

"If I had to single anyone out it would be Josh Ruff who is playing out of position, but has been outstanding there for the last three games.

"Real pleasing night and a good performance to take into Saturday's game at leaders Shaw Lane."
