With Head Office in Kent, LAW Training Ltd provides education programmes to 16-18 year old apprentices at professional football clubs. This is an innovative approach to tutors and assessors delivering educational programmes at the football clubs rather than the learners attending colleges full time. Our goal is to exceed both learners and football clubs expectations by offering outstanding tuition and increased flexibility, thus optimising the functionality of the scheme and improving efficiency. Our tutors and assessors are distinguished by their functional and educational expertise combined with their hands-on experience, thereby ensuring that learners receive the most effective and professional service.
LAW Training has 13 years experience and we pride ourselves on our proven track records for effectively administering the football apprenticeship programme by ensuring all student and club requirements are met within budget restraints and time schedules.
From 2005, many different sporting organisations alongside the sector skills council, introduced the apprenticeship scheme to specialize in sporting excellence. In order to meet the needs of the clubs, LAW Training primarily deliver BTEC in Sport (Performance & Excellence) at various levels and NVQ Level 2 & 3. Key Skills is also provided to learners who don’t achieve A-C in GCSE Maths and/or English.
As experts in specific education programmes, LAW Training is involved in every stage of the learner’s education from implementation to completion, offering continual support. This gives learners every opportunity to obtain qualifications that will enable them to progress into an alternative career involving sport or higher education regardless of whether they finally achieve professional football player status or not.
