New Players Welcome
Chelmsford Ladies RFC are a friendly team based in Essex and now in the RFUW league South East North 1. Over the past 5 years the Ladies and their Coaches have worked hard, this seeing the Ladies secure two back to back promotions.
It has been hard work and the Ladies now face even bigger challenges. If you would like to come and give rugby a go we train twice a week, tuesdays and thursdays 7pm til 9pm during the season and off season.
Whatever your shape, size, age or ability, rugby is a sport for everyone. If you want to find out more come down to the club for training or just to see what we are like.
We have a good social side too, which always helps!!
