First festival of the season, all the other teams had previously played in a festival so we were in for a tough day. This proved correct with losses against Upminster and Sevenoaks to leave us bottom of the group and in the Vase Final against Brentwood. The boys did not lose heart, stuck at it, went into half time down 4 tries to 2 down. The boys rallied, went out determined and then ran in 3 tries to secure the win and the Vase. Yes it was a hard day but we saw enough in that last game to suggest we have a good platform to progress from here. Well done all !!
