Cheltenham Civil Service RFC

Cheltenham Civil Service RFC is based at the Cheltenham Area Civil Service Sports Association (CACSSA) ground. The CACSSA ground has arguably the best facilities of any comparable club in the Cheltenham / Gloucester area.

The rugby specific facilities at CACSSA include:

• 2 x Rugby Pitches (Winter) (The pitches are flat & drain very well!)
• 1 x 'Floodlit' Training area (Winter)
• 1 x Scrum sled
• A range of training equipment (Tackle shields/bags, agility poles etc.)

Other sports facilities are also available to CACSSA members include:

• Excellent changing facilities
• 2 x Football Pitches (Winter)
• 1 x Cricket pitch (Summer)
• 1 x Rounders pitch (Summer)
• 1 x Softball pitch (Summer)
• Archery range (Summer)
• 1 x Astro-turf facility
• Tennis courts
• Squash courts

The CACSSA ground also has a dedicated "Clubhouse', which serves as the clubhouse for all of the various sports clubs affiliated to CACSSA. The clubhouse has the following facilities, which members may use:

• 3 x bars (1 bar has a 'skittles alley' and dart board)
• Multiple TVs (with subscription to Sky)
• Children's play area (outside)
• Catering facilities
