Weekend Round Up 14 January
1stXV continue winning streak with romp at Tetbury, 2ndXV shut out Minichinhampton but 3rds lose out to Dowty
Service made it four league wins in a row at Tetbury with a crushing vistory over their hosts by 109 points to 12, possibly a record win for the club. Tries were aplenty with Gareth Bell scoring five.
The 2ndXV maintained their good form with a 38 - 0 home win against Minchinhampton. Service scored six tries, with Tony Sarsby (for the third game in a row), James Bennett, Iain Wilson, Ian Atkinson and Alex Richardson with a double scoring for Service. Chairman Al added four conversions.
Unfortunately the 3rdXV lost out 29-12 at home to Dowty in a well contested game.
