CCS Ladies Hockey Club

I have now managed to source a team jacket and hoodie option for the club via my parents business. Some of you have seen the items already and are keen to order them before next season. So I can get the best deal with the postage, I want to try and do 2 bulk orders.

If you would like to place an order now ready for next season, please complete the attached order form with as many details as possible, then either email it back to myself at the address on the form or post it with a cheque to my home address (also on the form).

I would like to place an order by the end of August (so we have the jackets by the end of September), so would like cheques/payment by 31st Aug (please email me for bank details). I will also be placing an order around the end of September if you would like to wait to see what the jackets are like first and can then pay me at training.

I am intending on ordering slightly different hoodies as these were too large, but they will be the same colour and style (just a different brand).

Jackets are £32 each (with the embroidered club logo as standard) any additional printing/embroidery will be £3 per item (e.g. front name/back nickname will be £3), hoodies (with club logo) are £16.50 (additional printing same as above). My parents will also do a deal of both items for £45.
