Any questions or Items to be raised to Annual General Meeting must be received in writing by the Club Secretary. The closing date and time for receipt is July 1st.
To stand for election to any of the positions a member only needs a proposer and seconder, and if anyone wishes to see the job descriptions for any of the positions mentioned below please contact me. If you wish to nominate someone prior to the meeting, please contact the Club Secretary. .
