CPRUFC Code of Practice
Chesterfield Panthers Code of Practice, these include all the policies the club applies to playing members and supporters, staff. These are in the members public domain so that all policies are open and widely available, and should not be a surprise.
Junior Player Registration
The official RFU Junior Player Registration Document. A passport photograph (with the players name on the back) must be provided with the form to allow the Club to register all Junior players. Registration is required on first joining the Club at any age and at the start of the season when Under 8, Under 11, Under 13, Under 16 and Under 18. Unregistered players will not be allowed to play in any NLD or RFU games.
Junior Player Transfer
Any player already registered with a club in NLD and coming to play for us must provide two copies of this form, endorsed by an official at the club that they are leaving, and a passport photo with their name on the back.
Senior Player Registration Form
This form must be completed by any player wishing to play in League or EDF Cup games for the Club. No player is eligible to play in any of the above games until registration is confirmed by the Midlands Registrar. If a player is transfering from another Club then a transfer form (copy below) must also be completed in duplicate.
Senior Player Transfer Form
To be completed in duplicate by any player joining the Club who is already registered with any other club in England. Special rules apply for any player coming to us that has previously been registered to a club outside of England.
