Whilst our main focus is for the kids to have fun, we also look to incorporate the fundamental movement skills (Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed) into our sessions whilst also instilling the core values of rugby union (Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship).

As U10s the kids begin to develop the first stages of contact, which as U9s is limited to tackling. Starting in a controlled environment, focusing on technique, we gradually develop the skills required to ensure the kids are ready to play in a game situation.

We train, and play games against local teams, on Sundays mornings between 09:30 and 11:00ish and are always keen for new players to join our team.

To qualify to play for the Under10's players need to be age 9 at the start of the season i.e. 1st September (school year 5).
