The project will see a unique heritage number given to every player to have made a single appearance for the Gladiators at senior and junior level.

The first 18 players to play for the club on May 24th 2008 against South Humber Rabbitohs in the Midlands Merit League will be awarded the first 18 numbers:

Bud Skinkis (#1), Gwyn Evans (#2), Joe Mills (#3), Dom Boyd (#4), Lee Tasker (#5), Mike Lillenfield (#6), Paul Foster (#7), Steve Sandbach (#8), Sam Philps (#9), Jim Green (#10), Paul Kitchingman (#11), Dan Lewis (#12), Damon Williams (#13), Tom Hayden (#14),Andy McClumpha (#15), Ray Tindall (#16), Liam Green (#17), Matty Hallmark (#18)

Heritage numbers will be given to all players who have played for the club at senior or junior level in a recognised fixture and it is intended to present each player with a certificate displaying their heritage number wherever possible.

We hope the project will not only recognise the contribution of each and every player to have represented the club, but will also support future initiatives including a 10th anniversary reunion, past players' dinners and an annual old boys game.
