Details received from Gosport & Fareham.
- We will have qualified Young Match Officials in attendance so all your referees can stand down and enjoy from the side-lines
- Gates will be open from 8.30am and all parking will be free on the adjoining field accessible from Park Road (coordinates: 50.785856, -1.138738) weather dependent. There is plenty of room compared to the local roads. Please respect our neighbours and park on the field. Should the weather be looking dodgy in the days building up, I’ll send out an email with suggested parking locations.
- Please let me know if you intend on travelling by coach or minibus – I’ll reserve you a spot.
- There will be food and drink available from the Clubhouse throughout the day from 9am
- There is room for event shelters but please only bring one per club. We are quite an exposed venue and open to the elements!
- Programmes will be available for purchase on the day for £2 with proceeds going directly to the U12 funds. Please ask your parents to bring correct change if possible and support our team fundraising.
- The first Matches will start at 10am but I’d ask all managers and coaches to be on site by 9.15am for registration and Coaches & Managers briefing @ 9.30am by the Control Tent.
- Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead and cleaned up after.
- In case you are unfamiliar with our ground, we are a waterside venue with no barriers to the “beaches”. Small children may also need to be kept on a lead
