“I am excited to start this next chapter of my footballing career and am looking forward to developing as a player, as a team and taking on new challenges as a part of this club.”
Chichester City are delighted to announce the dual signings of Chloe Melton and Natasha Stephens.
The two completed their transfer earlier this week with the two joining from Southampton Saints and Portsmouth.
Melton has featured four times this season, scoring three times for Saints after she signed from Super League 1 side Yeovil Town Ladies.
The former Yeovil Town player has also had a stint with Reading Women and also played out in the United States of America for Minot State University.
Stephens signs from league rivals Portsmouth having also previously played for Denham United, Queens Park Rangers and Bishops Lydeard.
Following their signing, both players gave their thoughts on joining Chichester and the months ahead.
Melton said: "I am excited to start this next chapter of my footballing career and am looking forward to developing as a player, as a team and taking on new challenges as a part of this club.
Stephens said: "Straight away Chichester have been incredibly friendly and outgoing having talked to the management and coaches I am really excited about the coming months.
"They have adapted so well to this league already which shows what a strong group they are, so I can't wait to get going."
