Pre-season officially started 24th of June! sessions are running 7 till 9 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. we have 19 sessions before are 1st game.
In addition to John Perrin (Head Coach) we now have fitness coach and ex player Jim Hyman & Lee Johnson specialist forward coach, who has played international touring teams and has wealth of knowledge for us to utilise.
Layout of preseason;
Fitness (intense) - 45mins - 1 hour (Jim Hyman)
Rugby based skills, technique & gameplay - 1 hour (John & Lee)
Let’s get more numbers down, continue to grow the club and move in the right direction.
