COME TO RUGBY!!!
Does your son or daughter want to have a runaround and some fun in the fresh air? Then why not bring them down to Chingford RFC for some rugby training??
If they're aged 9 to 10 years old and in Year 5, come on down to a family friendly atmosphere where the children can have lots of fun and learn how to play this great game of RUGBY.
