This year, Chingford 2nd XV, went on the search for a new kit sponsor having worn last seasons into the ground getting to the final of the league play off and semi final of the Essex cup losing out on both occasions to a very strong Westcliff side.

Thankfully the team managed to find not 1 but 2 sponsors who were prepared to back this very promising and youthful Chingford side on this years adventure.

A massive thank you to our main sponsor the Dovecote Pub on Friday hill for agreeing to fund the majority of the kit and backing us to better ourselves this season.

Another massive thank you must also go to Dan Hall at the Barber Station. Dan Hall, was once a youth team player back in his teens and understands what playing rugby can give to players, dads and coaches. "Having Played for 3 years in the youth sides I managed to make some great friends, some friends who are still playing today, while experiencing fantastic camaraderie, an experience you would struggle to find anywhere else.
