The date for the Ball is now fixed for Saturday September 22nd with the same format as normal: Bring your own food and wine, Dres code Black Tie, start at 7.00 ish, Full bar till late, disco till 1am.

Prizes for best tables, Raffle, Auction etc

Tickets will be £320 for a table of 10

To book your tables of 10 please contact Mark on 07771506426 or email at marknicholls@trisportgolf.com.

We will require a non refundable deposit of £100 to book your table. This can be made via cheque and sent to me at 3 Stokes Croft, Haddenham, Bucks, HP17 8DU and made out to Chinnor RFC or you can pay Lewis by Credit Card and let me know you have paid please.

All balances of payments to be paid by 1st September or tables will be re sold.

Please note that priority will be given to paid up members of the club, sponsors etc before we sell tables to anyone else.

As we are always over subscribed and I get VERY (VERY) tired of chasing payments I will send one reminder for payments then tables will be sold to those who are waiting for a table. No Exceptions!!

Numbers will be kept to the same as last year to ensure space in the tent.

Book early to avoid disappointment.!
