There have been some rumblings on social media that paid-up members don't get their weekly update of what is happening at the club from our resident reporter Bill O'Donnell.

This update is NOT the same as the one that comes from Pitchero and is ONLY sent to paid up members i.e. those who have paid their subscriptions via the website.

Now I (and Bill) have been banging on about the need to allow me (the Webmaster) to have access to members email address for nearly 3 years. There are a number of reasons for this of which one is that you can be added to Bill's address database for e-News.

So, as we don't have a game this weekend then we can get this problem sorted - can't we. Its simple!

All you need to do is allow the Webmaster to see your email address in your Pitchero account. Follow these steps and you will then be set up correctly (these steps are best done on a PC or Mac rather than phone):

Logon to your Pitchero account
Click on CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP (left hand side of the screen below Welcome)
Scroll down the Membership page until you see the SECURITY settings at the bottom of the page
Make sure that "Chinnor Rugby Club Ltd website admins can see my email address" is selected
Click on the Save button.

For some Pitchero members you may have to perform some extra steps to confirm your email address to the Pitchero system - how to do this was covered in a video at the beginning of the season which is available at https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/chinnor/videos/email-confirmation-55285.html. I have also added a copy of the links to our website membership documents at the end of this message.

Next steps
Next Friday, I will dump all the email addresses for PAID UP members and send them to Bill - he will then update his master database with the correct email addresses.
