JACK HAYES TO JOIN THE TITANS

Rotherham Titans are delighted to announce and welcome centre Jack Hayes to the club; hell be joining the Titans ahead of the 2015/2016 Greene King IPA Championship season.

Hayes is a dynamic centre who can also play on the wing and has the potential to make a real impact at Championship level. Hayes is currently with National League 2 South side Chinnor Rugby, having previously applied his trade at Hartpury College.

The 23 years-old is definitely one for the future, but the coaching staff at Rotherham believes he has the ability to learn quickly and potentially break into next seasons match day 22.

Explaining Hayes’ imminent arrival at Clifton Lane, Titans Head Coach Lee Blackett revealed, “We had some contact with someone at Chinnor Rugby and a good recommendation came from there. We saw some clips of Jack and we believe he has massive potential for the future.

Jack is a powerfully strong guy who will gives us plenty of go forward in midfield, we think he’s someone who has the potential to make a significant impact in the Championship. We pride ourselves on finding little gems in the lower leagues and we hope Jack will be one of those.”
