26 year old Goal kicking fly half Mark Davies, who left Cinderford in February to take a break from rugby, is the first of several signings that will announced over the coming weeks.

Mark, who has represented England at U16 and U18 played for Bristol Rugby with Chinnor player backs coach Junior Fatialofa. Mark said "I am really excited to link back up with Fats and Nev.

Since leaving Bristol Mark has played over 70 games for Cinderford in National 1. Former Director of Rugby Andy Deacon once hailed Mark as the man to build Cinderford's National 1 stability around.

Mark has also represented the Barbarians.

Try machine wing Nevaro Codlin has scared National 1 defenses for several seasons whilst at Cinderford., amassing over 100 games scoring over 70 tries .

Nevaro has represented England Counties in 2013 and 2014 and has won the JP Morgan 7's for the cherry and whites of Gloucester.

Nevaro said "I'm looking forward to a new challenge and helping Chinnor achieve their goals. I'm excited to play with Mark again as we both know each other's game inside and out!"

Director of Rugby Matt Williams added, "We set our goals of a top six finish this season and I'm hoping we will still achieve this. We have the core nucleus of a great squad and with a few key additions I am confident we can improve on this next season. With Mark and Nev's proven experience and success in higher leagues, they will be welcome additions into the squad."
