3rd and 4th Team squad training is taking shape this season as more people commit to coming along.
Steve Halson has rejoined the coaching staff alongside Jamie to help develop the squad. Come along every Tuesday 7.30pm for a fun and structured session. Food is available as well for a small charge (needs to be booked in advance).
There is also Thursday night fitness available running from 7.30pm for those that want to get fit for rugby.
Come down and have fun with your mates. All new and old players welcome to attend.
